British Midland Airways Limited (BMI) has announced the opening of its airport lounge at Heathrow Airport. Located in Terminal One, their flagship lounge has been designed with customer comfort in mind with the very best facilities in dining, working and relaxing.
Mark Hix, award winning victor of British food, will be exclusively supplying his new salad dressings as well as Hix branded ice cream that customers can help themselves to with witty names such as ‘credit crunch’ made from caramel, honeycomb and chocolate.
The Cafe is a hotspot where delicious meals can be found round the clock and during the evenings you can have a home cooked meal, enabling you to relax once on your flight. A British style pub is also on hand where you can enjoy some great traditional delights of ales and wines.
Upon arrival you will notice that there is no informal reception desk, instead Lounge Team staff will greet you and help you with all your needs. There is a wide variety of seating options to tailor to the needs of customers, where you can find work stations and even bed style seats for more comfort.
BMI Number One Heathrow is just the latest offer spear headed by the company based on customer focus, following the recent launches of Chauffer Drive and Premium Check-in for Business Class and Premium Economy customers.
